I was particularly impressed by the attentive staff, who went above and beyond when they returned my forgotten shower bag promptly, showcasing their genuine care. the hotel also featured a well-equipped mini-bar, allowing me to unwind with a refreshing drink while enjoying the serene sitting area. the free wi-fi in the rooms was an added bonus, enabling me to stay connected while sharing my travel experiences. I left the Mandarin Hotel with a sense of satisfaction and gratitude, having found it to be a gem in the heart of Betong.
